Leadership Horizons, Inc. exists to deliver value to clients. The first step always is to listen to the client to understand better his or her unique leadership context and challenges. Only after assessing the client’s leadership challenges and capabilities does LHI recommend a course of action. These actions steps are specific, measurable, and positive; and they are developed in close partnership with the client. Among the services LHI provides are:
Executive Coaching
Senior leaders receive helpful, in-depth feedback about strengths they can augment and behavioral gaps or blind spots that are hindering their effectiveness. Practical, measureable behavioral goals are set that drive results for the leader and his or her team and organization. LHI guides this process and works with the leader at every step of the way – typically over a six- to nine-month period. LHI principals are certified in a wide variety of assessments, from familiar tools such as the MBTI to 360-degree assessments such as
Benchmarks™ and the Leadership Versatility Index ® (LVI). Each coaching experience is customized to suit the unique situation and context in which the leader finds herself.
Consulting
Leadership Horizons, Inc. offers consulting on the design and implementation of organizational leadership development practices. These practices can include training programs, coaching (internal andexternal), 360-degree assessments, developmental assignments, and action learning. The goal is to assist in creating an integrated, cohesive leadership development strategy for an organization.
Team Development
Leadership Horizons, Inc. works with senior leaders and their teams to improve team performance, effectiveness, communication, and learning. This work typically combines observation, interviews, assessments, exercises, facilitation, and team goal-setting. Team, peer, and individual coaching may also be employed to maximize feedback and learning.

Stress and Wellness Coaching
LHI offers workshops as well as one-on-one coaching on stress reduction. Individual sources of stress are identified, and individualized programs of simple, concrete steps to stress reduction are developed.
Each of these services is customized to fit the client’s needs, time frame, and unique situation. As required, we can also call on a cadre of highly experienced leadership development professionals to assist us in achieving the client’s objectives. Our goal is not simply to satisfy our clients, but to delight them.
